What's the difference between a facial and a chemical peel?
A facial cleanses, exfoliates, and nourishes your skin for an immediate refresh and glow. A chemical peel uses medical-grade acids to accelerate cell turnover, working deeper to address pigmentation, texture, fine lines, and acne over time. During your consultation, we'll recommend which is right for your goals.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your skin and your goals. Some treatments deliver immediate results in a single session, while others—like chemical peel series, microneedling, and IPL—work best as a series of 3 to 6 sessions for lasting transformation. We'll create a personalized plan and never push more than you need.
Is there any downtime?
Most of our facials and gentle treatments have zero downtime—you can return to your day glowing. Deeper treatments like chemical peels may cause light flaking or redness for a few days, and microneedling or IPL can have 1-2 days of mild redness. We'll always tell you exactly what to expect beforehand.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For most facials, you can book directly. For advanced treatments like IPL, microneedling, or chemical peels, we recommend a consultation first so we can assess your skin and ensure the treatment is right for you. New clients are always welcome to start with a consultation.
What skincare products do you use?
We work with two professional lines: AlumierMD, a medical-grade skincare line developed by dermatologists, and GM Collin, the Parisian clinical brand behind our Top Tier facials. Both are formulated with clinically active ingredients at professional strength, and we recommend products for your at-home routine to extend and amplify your treatment results.
